Big Water is a small town in Kane County, Utah.

According to the United States Census Bureau of 2000, Big Water has a population of just over 400 people. The town has a total area of 6.1 square miles with a population density of just over 60 people per square mile. It is located at very high altitudes of over 4,000 feet above sea level.

Kane County is located in southern Utah and is surrounded by six other counties including two counties from Arizona.

According to the census of 2000, Kane County has a population of just over 6,000 residents. It has a total area of 4,108 square miles with 116 square miles of water. Kane County is home to only a few settlements and the largest community in the county is Kanab.

The area has plenty of water and offers great opportunities for fishing bass and other water activities such as kayaks and jet skis. Additionally the Glen Canyon area includes Lake Powell National Golf Course Championship, situated between a scenic environment.

The Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monument covers more than 1.9 million acres and includes a breathtaking and unique landscape where remains of dinosaurs were discovered.

Zion National Park covers an area of 229 square miles and features many diverse wildlife and plants, as well as beautiful landscapes of canyons, cliffs and bodies of water. Zion Park is ideal for activities such as rock climbing, camping and hiking and simply enjoying scenic surroundings. The most prominent feature of the park is Zion Canyon, which stretches for about 15 miles. Overall, Zion National Park attracts over 2 million tourists a year.
